Happy Girl Again :o)

Sorry for ranting in the last post & no mum it's not Hashish it's tobacco mixed with dry fruit etc, apple's my fav :)

Ok have just loaded more of my Africa photos & I realised there were a few things I'd missed out of my last post.

1) When we went to the high dam when I got off the mini bus I managed to exit very gracefully, I was just wearing jandles (flipflops) & the tiles on the ground were kinda shiny - like you'd have on a bathroom wall... Anyway, one of my feet decided to go one way & the other decided to go the other - didn't know I could still do the splits! It was rather amusing but I kinda hurt my thumb & 4 days later its still sore, but its all good! :o)

2) I've lost my bikini bottoms!!! Well I really just wanted to say that I've swam in the Nile but when I put my bikini bottoms out to dry on the boat I couldn't find them later...

Last night, apart form the 9 hour over night train trip was great. Firstly I chilled out for a bit & got over my shitty mood :)

Moses brother was arranging a shisha pipe for me & we went to pick it up - 3 of us, Kate, Moses brother & me, squashed on the back of his motor bike & went for a ride to the shop through the streets of Luxor. It was classic! I ended up getting a decent pipe for 55le ($12au). Its pretty cool. The train trip last night was ok, bit of a experience walking up to the first class carriage at 2am to try & find a cleanish toilet :) Today I'm really, really tired. We got in about 7am & set off for a tour of the Cairo museum at 9am. I came back to the hotel about 12.30pm & crashed for a couple of hours. Gotta finish loading the photos. Tomorrow I think we set of for Mt Sinai.
